Meet The Family Nurse practitioner

Chassity, the owner and provider at Renew Health & Wellness, made her way to Southaven, MS after spending several years in Nashville, TN. Her passion for caring for others began early in adulthood as she cared for her mother — an experience that inspired her commitment to helping people live healthier, fuller lives.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Tennessee State University in 2014 and went on to complete her Doctorate in Nursing Practice in 2023. Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Chassity spent 10 years as a Registered Nurse, gaining valuable experience across various areas of patient care.

For the past decade, she has served in community health, where she’s known for her compassionate approach and dedication to meeting patients where they are. She takes time to ensure every patient understands their condition and the next steps to improving their health.

When she’s not in the clinic, Chassity enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, and crafting.

At Renew Health & Wellness, her mission is simple: to live well, be great, and help others do the same.
