Dr. Chassity Greer, APRN

Family Nurse Practitioner

Chassity is a board-certified nurse practitioner with more than 20 years of nursing experience. She provides personalized, practical healthcare that helps patients better understand their health and actively participate in their care. 

She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and has more than a decade of experience as a nurse practitioner. 

Her approach is simple: listen, educate, and work with each patient to develop a care plan that fits their individual needs.
