At Renew Health Clinic, we believe getting primary care should be simple. Patients can choose the payment option that works best for their needs.

Insurance

We accept select insurance plans. For patients whose insurance plan is in-network with Renew Health Clinic, eligible covered services will be billed to insurance. Copays, deductibles, coinsurance, and other patient responsibility may apply according to your plan. 

Self-Pay

Transparent self-pay pricing is available for uninsured and patients for whom Renew Health Clinic is not an in-network provider, when permitted.

Optional Membership

Our primary care membership provides an additional option for eligible patients who want ongoing access to care and added convenience. Membership availability may depend on insurance/network status. 

Specialty Services

Medical weight management, testosterone management, and other specialized programs may have separate pricing and coverage requirements.
