We currently offer telehealth appointments on Tuesday and Wednesday from 4 PM to 7 PM CST. This schedule provides convenient evening hours, making it easy for you to get the care you need from the comfort of your home.  Currently, our programs are not covered by insurance. However, many clients find value in the personalized, holistic support these programs provide for long-term health. For your convenience, I accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) payments if your plan allows, which can help make the cost more manageable. Additionally, I offer flexible payment options to ensure that these programs are accessible.
